How to view your Processing Channels
If you have more than one channel, your login to Infinity will be the same and you can filter between your channels. Transactions, bookings, statements and channel
s pay-outs will be clearly labelled for each channel.
How to add a new Processing Channel
Firstly, why might you need more than one Channel?
In some cases, you may want additional Channels to divide transactions between the different websites or regions. In the case of the latter, you may wish to physically receive funds in different currencies without incurring an FX fee. In order to do this you could, for example, have one channel with a base currency of USD and one channel with a base currency of EUR. We recommend that unless you specifically need to receive a pay-out in more than one currency, you should let our MCP tool manage your FX risk and let your customers pay in their local currency, and you receive the money in your chosen currency in full, it's that simple.

How to check the status of a Processing Channel
Once logged into your TMT Infinity Dashboard, select 'Channels' from the Main Menu on the left. You can check the Mode and Status of a channel by looking at the 'Mode' column to the far right of the screen.
Please note, merchants will not be able to process a transaction until they have a live processing channel.
'Test' - Used to process Test booking and transactions. Can only ever be test and not changed. No processing of live transactions is permitted. Each merchant is provided one test channel for test transactions to be carried out
'Draft' - This is a Processing Channel waiting to be made Live, no transactions can happen on this channel type.
'Restricted' - Processing is allowed but only to a certain volume.
'Live' - Channel is Live and can process bookings and transactions.
'Closed' - Channel has been closed and can no longer process.
'Affiliate' - Channel cannot be processed on – this type of channel is used to allocate funds from a processing channel so the affiliate can receive a payout
'Protection Only' - Bookings are uploaded to be insured

How to understand your Channel Type
You can find your channel type in your contract. The channels will be set up in the dashboard as per your contract.
If you are on a Protected Processing contract your pay-out will be released once the booking has been paid, subject to your pay out schedule.
If you are on a Trust contract your pay-out will be released once the product or service has been fulfilled as per the 'End date of travel' on the booking, subject to your pay out schedule.
You can find your pay out schedule in your contract and under the Payouts column on the channel tab of the dashboard.

Selecting a Base Currency for a Processing Channel
Considerations when choosing a processing channel's base currency:
Your chosen base currency will be the currency you are charged fees by Trust My Travel and the currency we will pay out in, so in most cases this will simply be your local currency. Your channel's base currency will also be the currency you view your transactions in, for example in your Trust Ledger and on your Trust My Travel processing statements.
The Base Currency, and whether it is Major or Minor, dictates the payment currencies you can accept. However, your choice of channel base currency does not restrict where you can accept payments in the world. For example, you can accept AED in Dubai, Timbuktu or Cusco!
Which currencies can I choose as my channel's base currency?
You can choose from any of the TMT defined 'Major and Minor Base Currencies' to be your base currency.
Major Base Currencies
You can accept payment in ANY of the Major Payment Currencies listed below:
AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NOK, NZD, SEK, SGD, USD & ZAR
Minor Base Currencies
You can accept payment in ANY of the Minor Payment Currencies listed below:
ALL, AOA, ARS, BAM, BGN, BHD, BRL, BYR, CLP, CNY, CRC, CZK, DJF, DZD, EGP, GEL, GHS, GIP, GTQ, HRK, HUF, IDR, ILS, INR, IQD, IRR, ISK, JOD, KES, KHR, KRW, KWD, KZT, LBP, LTL, LYD, MAD, MDL, MGA, MKD, MMK, MOP, MUR, MVR, MXN, MYR, OMR, PAB, PEN, PHP, PLN, PYG, QAR, RON, RSD, RUB, SAR, SVC, THB, TRY, TWD, UAH, UYU & VND.
Allocations between Channels
You can use this feature to credit other channels within your site.
1.Select the transaction that you wish to allocate funds from.
2.Scroll down to the Credits & Debits section at the bottom of the screen and click on the '+' to expand the section and reveal the 'Create Allocation' button.
3.After clicking on 'Create Allocation' the following box will pop up.
4.Select the Channel that you wish to move funds to.
You cannot do allocations on Protection Only channels.
You can only allocate between Channels that are assigned to you in your user settings.
Allocation type can be a flat amount or a %.
The total is in the currency of the channel that the funds are being allocated (credited) to.
5.When you enter the amount to allocate (credit) to another Channel, another field will appear below showing the value to be allocated (debited) from this Channel/Transaction. This amount will be in the currency of the Channel being allocated (debited) from. See the screenshot below:
Statement date defaults to today's date but you can change it to a future date. If you are on a Trust contract the date will default to the end date of the booking.
6.Press 'Add' and the pop up will close and the allocation will appear in the Credits and Debits section.
There is a 'Reverse' button in case of errors. N.B The allocation will be reversed at the same rate as the original transaction if the funds were being allocated to a channel in a different currency from the original channel. You would need to click on the 'Allocation Debit'. A pop up would appear with a Reverse button.

If a transaction shows as Failed, Refund or Authorise you cannot allocate funds.
If a transaction has already been paid (i.e., is showing in a statement) you cannot allocate funds.
If a transaction has been refunded you cannot do a negative allocation.
