  • What are the available languages for an Email Receipt?

    Mail Receipts are currently availble in the following languages:

    Chinese, English (default), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Ukranian, Uzbek

  • How do I change the Email Receipt language?

    By default, all Trust My Travel email receipts are in English, but should you know the language your customer prefers, and it is a language supported by Trust My Travel, you can indicate the language to use by passing the relevant language code via the language field in the POST /transactions request. The receipt email and any subsequent refund or chargeback emails will also be in the same language. Please check out our integration document for further assistance with this.

  • If a Traveller pays by bank transfer will they get an email receipt?

    Yes. Email receipts are sent out as confirmation of payment received against a booking, including bank transfer.

  • Can I amend the email against a transaction and reissue the payment receipt?

    Yes, TMG can do this on your behalf if required. To request an email address amendment and to regenerate the email receipt, please contact us at trust@trustmy.group.

  • Can I reissue a payment receipt?

    Yes, we can do this on your behalf if required. To regenerate the email receipt, please contact us at trust@trustmytravel.com
